Thanks for updating us on your work on the implementation of cell cycle analysis using flow cytometry during brain tumor surgery for defining tumor grade of malignancy and boundaries in both adults and pediatric brain tumors. As of now we are doing intraoperative squash smear analysis for the diagnosis which is giving good results with morphology-based decisions which are helping intraoperatively. Molecular techniques are increasingly being used for clinical diagnosis, but their use is sometimes limited in our clinical setting. In near future we may plan a project looking into your work.
