The rare malignant tumor, adenoid cystic carcinoma of parotid has been reported in a 19-year-old male in FNA. The cyto morphological features have been studied. The differential diagnosis are discussed and presented. The study revealed that in such cases fine needle aspiration cytology could be effectively used for cyto diagnosis and in patient management.
