Germ cell tumor comprises 40% of all the testicular neoplasms. FNAB is easy and important method of diagnosis of these tumors. Here we tried to diagnose cytologically endodernial sinus tumor in a 4 year male child. Later the diagnosis was confirmed on histopathological examination.
