Tumoral calcinosis is a relatively uncommon condition and cytomorphologic findings have not been widely published. We report four cases in which the diagnosis of tumoral calcinosis was made by FNAC. Calcific particles, chronic inflammatory cells and fibrous tissue is seen depending upon the stage of the disease.
